"The office/scheduling policies are not patient friendly. I had an appointment scheduled for two months that I showed up for and I was told that it was cancelled without notice because I didn't confirm by phone the day before. I work night shift and I did miss a call from the office during my sleep schedule, but no voice mail was left by the office staff. I have never missed a scheduled appointment and their policy on cancelling any unconfirmed appointments is not posted anywhere nor was i ever notified of that policy. Also pertinent to mention is that my very first appointment had to be rescheduled after I had arrived and was waiting in the office because the doctor ran into an unexpected root canal on another patient. I was very understanding of that and graciously rescheduled. However that same consideration was not extended to me when I didn't confirm my appointment ahead of time. That is just not good patient care and sends the message that the doctor thinks his time is more valuable than that of his patients. I will not be returning for any further care."

"From my experience, Prince Dental Arts is the go to place for Dental Care. I needed my wisdoms removed, he had me in and out within an hour and he did an excellent job. I didn’t feel pain like I thought I would have, AFTER my extractions. The bleeding wasn’t bad at all. Dr. Prince is caring, if he sees he can help you, he will help you. He will go out of his way to help you. The staff are super friendly and just all around a great group of employees that take pride in the job they do everyday. If you’re needing work accomplished with your teeth. I highly recommend this office. They do a fantastic job. And you’ll recover very quickly. Also, they do the work for you at an affordable rate compared to other dental care providers."
