Dairy Queen

"I'm a sucker for their ice cream, but it seems like every time I place an order, there are difficulties. My order is accepted and paid for...the store is closed early. I place an order and go to the store...they're out of what I ordered. There are technical problems paying with a gift card in the app...but then I can't use the coupon on my phone for an in-person transaction. It's a joke in our house that something always goes wrong when we want dairy queen (and we want it more than I want to admit!). Not sure if it's this store, problems with the app across all stores, or what the difficulty is."

"Came here with my son. They forgoty blizzard while his was melting while waiting. Not one person asked and when someone finally did he looked at me like I had 2 heads and me the wrong item. I asked him if it was what ordered and he said yes. That is twice that had happened to me here."

"Food was cold. No joke. Children not in uniform behind the counter jumping around and playing on the counter. I talked to a shift lead who thought my complaint was funny and I told her I don’t find this a bit funny and it’s a bit unprofessional. She said well I called my manager and let her know that I was not at fault and did nothing wrong so I won’t get in trouble so. I then asked for corporate number and she went to the back for like 20 minutes talking amongst the workers and laughing about my complaint. Pull the camera and see everything. Cameras do not lie. This was on Sunday September 17th. I have been in management over 10 years and if she was one of my managers/shift leads she would be reprimanded/fired for her actions."

"This has been one of my many drive through times, with this Dairy Queen many times I have been through here and I always get the same thing a medium chocolate vanilla swirl dipped in chocolate, this has been the first and only time and quite possibly the last time, I got down to the cone and went to pull away the napkin and the paper around the cone and it was a mess napkin stuck to the cone and just a chocolate covered mess. I was not happy I took it inside to complain to the manager that the young lady working there at the soft serve didn’t know what she was doing, because I had also waited a lot longer then normal,usually the cone is ready and sitting there when I pull up to the window to pay but this time the guy working the cash register looked back and asked what’s wrong are you trying to dip that and I heard a lot of commotion then the young lady approached the window with my cone and sorry we were trying to dip this, turns out that this was the manager, and when I showed her what a mess that the cone was she said oh they all do that, so I just laid the mess up on the counter and walked out, I wasn’t going to get into that all the many others had all been perfect. She has no qualifications to be manager for any store in my opinion."

"I went in to purchase an ice cream cake for a birthday, I was greeted immediately, the gentleman helped me pick it out, took it in the back to have the "Happy Birthday" message written on it. The restaurant was spotless. I have always gone through the drive through, but this was the first time I was ever inside and was impressed. The customer service was outstanding, restaurant was clean and food is always yummy."
