"Was looking for a specific type of implant which they stated they had. 2 hour drive, once there, they did not have that implant but told me I had an cyst in my gum that needed removed. When I returned to have that done & after being medicated they stated I no longer had the cyst, just needed the tooth removed. They removed the tooth & raptured my sinus. Worst experience of my life. Worst recovery, entire face swollen for a week. They also left exposed bone sticking out my gum cutting into my jaw. Had to drive back two hours to have to bone cut off then wait for the gum to eventually heal /cover the bone. Horrible horrible experience !!!!!"

"Worst dentist ever! Was told I had 6 cavities after NEVER having one before. Got 3 of them filled. Waited so long numbing wore off before she started drilling. A year later cannot eat or drink on that side of my mouth. Went to a different dentist to get the others filled. Was told I did not have cavities. And the "cavities" that were filled were also not cavities. Got a third opinion. Also told they were not cavities and repaired the teeth that were too sensitive. $1000 later for nothing. AWFUL!"

"2 years ago I had dentures made that included dental implants. I was told by Diane that she would reline them at no charge. I waited and the two years will be up this August . I called to make an appointment and was told that there would be a charge of over $400. I made the appointment only to call back and cancel because I found it could be done much cheaper.. All this to tell anyone that does business there to get everything in writing and keep your records where you can find them when you go to court. I will never do business with her and I will spread the word as to what happened to me."

"I would not recommend Frum Dental Arts to anyone. I have had two procedures completed over the past year that have resulted in unnecessary pain and cost for me. For example, Dr. Turner was replacing one of my fillings and after being numbed, she started to drill my tooth. After a few minutes of drilling, Dr. Turner then stopped to go and check on her other patients. Now, I understand that this needs to be done sometimes; however, she left me sitting there for so long that she had to numb my tooth again (2 needles in one visit). She also improperly completely the procedure and did not tell me important medical information about my tooth while she was completing the procedure, which has now resulted in an infection, the need for a root canal and a crown. This dental office is absolutely awful and I strongly urge you to find a different dentist!"
