"This is an Furniture Store with really bad bad service for replacement parts of guarantee.. I've been waiting my rails for a queen bed since 4 months ago and when the guys came to my home with the "new pieces" (they are kindness and friendly for they I don't have complain) they had the wrong pieces twice times.. and then I've been calling them week by week and they said next Wednesday and I really mad and disagree.. Please I don't recommend you this furniture store! At the beginning they are very kindness and friendly but when you have a complain and when they know that you are calling they change the voice tone!"

"We have spent thousands of dollars in this store, we bought a bran-new couch that was dysfunctional and was under a one year warranty, we have called multiple people in management that have all failed to fix the problem that is still under warranty. They did send someone out to look at the couch and order the new part but never heard anything back from them and claimed they lost our file and will not come back out to fix the problem nor will they call us back. This store will take your money and you dont get what your paying for"

"A complete joke is what this store is. We ordered a washer dryer combo and they brought the wrong set. This is NOT the first time this situation has happened to us! They did the same thing with our bedroom suit. When calling to correct the issue, the sales person sounded annoyed to even hear from me. Sorry but this is THEIR mess up not mine. Not a single sales person (the first or second time with this issue) even sounded sincere about THEIR mess up! We are furious! The delivery guys were great and sincere about everything. Too bad they work for a place like this..."

"We bought a mattress from Badcock just over a month and a half ago. There was a small stain, but they said it would be removed before we picked it up. When we got it home, we noticed the stain was still there. We were offered a 10% discount for stain and they said it would come as a check in the mail. I checked in after a week because we had not received any money. A week later, still nothing. A week later, STILL nothing. They said they weren't sure why but they could process the refund over the phone. They took my card information and I ended up being CHARGED the amount of the refund, not credited. I called multiple times over the next several days but no one could help. Come to find out, they can't process refunds over the phone, so I went into the store. They were "unaware" they had charged me. Never once apologized for the inconvenience or for charging me money they shouldn't have. When processing the refund, the promised me I would be refunded the money charged and also given the initial refund they owed me. I asked to confirm this multiple times and I was assured we would get both back. We did NOT. We got half of it back. It has now been about 45 days of this back and forth trying to get money we deserve back. Needless to say I will NEVER purchase from them again nor recommend them to anyone. STILL currently trying to get our refund...."

"I needed a refrigerator and my credit is not good. Badcocks still gave me a loan and affordable payments. There prices are great and there selection is amazing. From living room furniture to bedroom, they have everything you need. If your credit isn't great go give them a try. They are here to help families with lower credit scores that needs to replace their old furniture. I complete recommend this furniture company. I never thought any place would give me a credit line."
