"Took my car there for an alignment and was told it needed tie rods and sway bar. Got the parts ordered and had an appointment for 10:00am Monday. When I get there they say it'll be after lunch and will take a couple hours, so much for my appointment. Due to work and my own personal schedule I brought it back today dropped it off at 8:30am. Was told again it would be a couple hrs and just now at 5:30pm they contact me to say it's done. Better to do it yourself than take your vehicle here."
