"I can't say enough good things about Eric and his wife. They treat me like I'm the most important customer they have ever had. Any time I ask a question, he is always happy to answer me, he teaches me things, explains how things work. His work ethic is absolutely insane. He is an encyclopedia of car knowledge. MSA is the best hidden Gem. Super humble nice guy who is rediculously talented. His communication is amazing and the work he does I don't think can be matched I researched shops all over the country and ended up choosing him, I will never take my Civic to anyone except him. You cannot go wrong with them."
"I tried getting Eric to tune my 2019 Civic Type R for 2 months, he kept pushing me back a week at a time. Telling me he was going to look up more info on knock timings for pump gas, finally he said it'll be $800 to tune to my car simply because I annoyed him. We had scheduled the following Thursday to get my car tuned. He never responded. He's very hard to get ahold of and constantly blames being to busy to be able to respond. Would go weeks without a response so I'd have to message him again. Then he'd say I'm rude for sending a question mark when he hasn't responded on 2 weeks. There's tons of tuners out there, don't waste your time on someone that thinks his time is more valuable than yours."
