"This is a hidden gem. Accommodations' were perfect for what we needed and the price was very reasonable. We were in town for a special family event and just needed a clean comfortable place to stay. It was that and more. I asked the housekeeper for a couple of extra toiletry items for our room but I forgot and left the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. She put the items in a bag and attached it to our door with a hand written note of apology that she cannot enter the room if that sign is on the door. I caught her later to thank her for the items and she apologized again but I told her no need to apologized. Her customer service was outstanding!!"

"Made reservation online with credit card that was stated wouldn't be charged . Upon arrival the very rude front desk worker named Karen said there was a problem when they ran my card so they canceled my reservation- and charged me a cancelation fee prior to me arriving. After reversing that she proceeded to tell me that my reservation that was 171.00 was $275 because they have a $100 dollar deposit- and that she was going above and beyond to give me the room because they was very busy. It was after midnight at this point and have stayed in this hotel at least 30 times before and never encountered such horrible service- I asked why the deposit wasn't listed when I booked my reservation and she didn't have an answer and cancelled my room once again- leaving me without a room. I won't stay at this hotel again. Horrible service- and charge your card despite what website says."

"Me and my family went here on vayand it was terrible. The walls are so thin, I could hear everything going on outside, upstairs, and in the lobby. At one point, someone was running up and down the halls and banging against the doors. The staff were very disrespectful and snobby. The beds in our room were very uncomfortable and the tub drainage was terrible. They give you a small, paper thin blanket that looks like it would rip at the smallest bit of tugging. As for the breakfast, it's a joke. There was almost none of what they advertised. We asked one of the staff about it, and they said that they didn't feel like making anything. The pool looked dirty and the hot tub was broken. The towels and wash clothes were all stained, and some looked and smelt like they weren't even washed."

"Great place, staff was extremely polite and full of local information. Breakfast was great. Unlike most hotels, the bed had plenty of pillows. Pool and hot tub were in great shape. All around awsome place for an overnight on vacation."
