"I was traveling for work, and the reviews looked good on this place. So I ordered their powerhouse prime rib sandwich with a side of onion rings. I called in the order to pick up, and I specified “I need a side of ketchup with this order”. The girl taking my order said that will be no problem. I picked it up and even tipped her although there was no table service received. Got the order back to my hotel, and there was no catchup in it. I don’t eat onion rings without ketchup. it is wrong and only demons do that. So now I Just tipped somebody to leave that part of my order and give me food that I can’t eat. There’s really no excuse to mess up something so simple. I will not be returning, and when my coworkers or colleagues are traveling to this area, I will make sure that they know to avoid The Forum as well, as they can’t manage a very simple food order."

"From the minute I walked in the door till I left I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. There is an inside bar. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waitress was super sweet and kind.. Definitely would visit again if I'm back in the area."

"Decent place to eat. One step above Bob Evans, Dennys or Country Kitchen. They have a full bar. The spaghetti sauce is pretty darn good. They were very accommodating to me and my service dog. I would definitely stop again when I am going through town."
