Dunkin'

"I came in today and after being approached by a creepy customer, one of the employees (I'm not sure of his name) stepped in as soon as he saw the interaction and confronted the patron. I wish I had time to grab his name, but he and the rest of the team at this location are awesome. I always get great food, coffee, and service. Thank you so much to the employee who stepped in, you have no clue how much I appreciated it in that moment. 20/5 stars!!"

"Very rude to their customers. I went by this morning to buy donuts for my class and the women taking my order was rushing me and was aggressive and loud. Will not be going back!!"

"Wanted to pay extra for ONE powdered donut to have jelly inside. Employee attributes said NO. Can I pay extra to have jelly put into one powdered donut? NO! No explaining or trying to substitute. Just NO"

"I use to love coming here because I noticed how this Dunkin is well ran by the owner and he has pretty good coffee Vs. All the other Dunkin’s in the area but now when I get an order it’s just a cup of milk. When I bring it to the afternoon staff attention (I go around 3:30/4pm), she is just unkind to me about the order being wrong says that is just how it is. Told me to order extra espresso the next time so Ive been doing what she said and ordering more espresso and it still looks the same as if they forgot the extra espresso, as if they forgot any espresso. So I said something again after I did what she told me to do and she said the same thing that’s what a large ice latte is, it just has two shots and I put it in the machine and that’s what comes out but why during the AM hours my coffee is always perfect?? I just never have any issues only when she does my order. The drink is literally white not even tan. Espresso should be a nice tan. When going during AM and the manager is there I have never had a problem really if my order was wrong which might have happened 1 time esp in the last two years I’ve been going to this Dunkin. Really nice guy the owner and has fixed it for me. I don’t understand what the issue is when I show them that the drink is visibly wrong (a latte without any espresso aka milk) and she continues to gaslight me. I don’t know why any of the other employees don’t look at the drink and the girl telling me it’s right and say actually that looks awful. The last 3 orders I made she has punished me by purposely giving me the wrong drink each time (has given me ice teas, and ice coffee) so I am forced to have to say something when that’s the last thing I want to do and then she says my bad and makes the drink I ordered but then she gives it to me and that’s also wrong. I can’t say something twice it’s just out of control. I just want to get a decent latte and mind my business. Sadly, I will never come back to this Dunkin. $7-13 for a wrong drinks everyday after 3pm in this economy, absolutely not."

"I went for two coffee horrible taste and they did not get the order right! I mean come on, it's coffee. This place is always terrible, yet I go hoping it will be different because uts right around the corner. Also, a women shared that some guy tried to rip her off because she was an old lady. Please dunkin can you hire people that care, maybe pay better salaries or something. Because there is zero customer service and the coffee is terrible."
