"This is a smoke shop. I have frequented almost on a bi-weekly basis, maybe even weekly basis. For the past several, several several months I've probably spent nearly $500 in the store. All in all considering I've gotten all of my carts from there and all of my pipes from there. They had a really nice guy Lee working there who kind of befriended me and I felt like he was a really cool guy. I don't want this post to reflect negatively on him but I bought a pipe from there just a few minutes ago and it was wrapped in plastic. Long story short bought it said thanks got in my car before even starting the car. I tried to take off the plastic off the bowl, literally snapped in half. It was as if it had been glued at one spot to keep it together and it doesn't sound like this is the first time they've had this issue because this has happened with these multiple times and so I walked back in there. The pipe still had not even left the packaging and I was parked 10 ft from the door hadn't left anywhere and they called the boss who was working when I dropped by last weekend and spent nearly $150 and he said the best he can do is a 15% discount if I want to buy another one so I walked out then walked back in and said okay forget it. I would like to buy another one and I was doing this because I really liked the pipe and I have no problem with Lee or his wife but I just felt like their owner could have done so much more than he did and it just really really seemed not right. So if you buy a pipe from the store or anything be 100% sure to twist and bend it even if it's made of titanium because it might just be glued together But also when I went to go buy a replacement for the pipe that snapped in half without even leaving the wrapper Water under the bridge. All I know is I won't be back but it's not because of their staff. It's just because of whoever's in charge is a cheap guy When I was getting back out of the car to go back inside there was no doubt in my mind that they were going to make it right because I had always had such good service. But now that I see they're not prioritizing their customers over their budget, I will find somewhere else to go where I can have a person in charge who understands what's fair is fair and what scammy is scammy cuz this is not their first time having bowls magically fall apart after purchase"

"I really loved this little shop! I stopped for kratom and they had my two favorite brands and a huge selection of brands and strains in general. I travel with my husband in a semi and it's hard to find a descent shop that has truck parking nearby. This is definitely on my list of top shops and I go all over the USA! It is a smaller shop but they have everything you could want and top brands. The atmosphere was great and the employees were so nice which is hard to find at a smoke shop these days for some reason. I will be back every time I'm in the area!"
