About the Business

Midnight Run Distillery

Midnight Run Distillery is a small batch craft distillery located at 7859 U.S. 221 in Bartow, Georgia. We pride ourselves on making moonshine the way it should be made, using a 200 gallon copper still and locally grown corn and wheat. Visitors can enjoy three free 1/2oz samples and purchase up to three bottles per person per day to take home.

In addition to traditional moonshine, we also offer a variety of flavored options including seasonal strawberry, peach, blueberry, blackberry, apple pie, cinnamon, and coffee. All of our flavors are made in-house using all natural ingredients, with no artificial colorings, flavorings, or sweeteners.

Owned and operated by a retired lieutenant firefighter and his family, Midnight Run Distillery provides a unique experience for visitors. You can learn about the distillation process, take pictures, and even visit the museum in the old train depot across the street. Our products are available at select locations in Atlanta and Evans, Georgia.

Our flavored moonshine has been recognized for its quality, with the smooth 100 proof winning a silver medal at the San Diego Wine and Spirit Festival in 2017. Whether you're a moonshine enthusiast or just looking for a fun and educational experience, we invite you to come down to Bartow and enjoy our spirits.

"MUST GO SEE AND TRY!!! Was looking for a small batch distillery that made good liquor. Well let me tell you I sure found it. Had the pleasure of meeting the Master Distiller/Owner Robert Morris, very friendly and willing to answer any questions. Will be going here exclusively for my shine from now on"

"Loved visiting this place. Very easy to set up an appointment to go into the distillery. I bought bottles of the apple pie, blueberry, and peach. I am definitely going to be a repeat customer!"

"During a recent visit from Newnan, in the Metro-Atlanta Area, our daughter and son-in-law wanted to visit the Midnight Run Distillery, in nearby Bartow. After discovering that the distillery would be closed while they were here, our daughter contacted the owner, who graciously arranged to have someone meet us there the next day. When we arrived, a gentleman was waiting at the entrance to greet us. After a quick tour of the facility, we tasted several of the distillery's flavored moonshines, our two favorites being Cinnamon and Peach. Our only disappointment was discovering that the limited production Strawberry flavor was out of season! As we started to leave with several bottles of our favorite flavors and a variety of T-shirts, the gentleman offered to open up the Bartow Museum located in the historic Central of Georgia Railroad Depot across the street. We eagerly accepted and as he led us on a personal tour, we were impressed to find an incredible display of historical artifacts from the local area; all well-organized and professionally displayed. We were also impressed by our guide's personal knowledge of each artifact and its history. As a final gesture of hospitality, he invited us back on the 26th of October for the town's annual "Speir's Turnout Festival" to enjoy a variety of family friendly activities. My wife and I have already marked our calendar! It's amazing how you can drive through a small town for so many years and have no idea of the treasures it has to offer. We highly recommend a visit to the Midnight Run Distillery and a Bartow Museum tour!"
