"My daughter her husband and my grandson rents from this company and is horrible to solve issues. 1. Was promised a fence over 10 months ago and still no fence. There was a email sent to her from the company both in Oct and Nov saying the fence would be put up before Dec. Based on the letters I bought my grandson a trampoline that he can’t use since you have to have a fence. 2. The dogs roam loose all over the place at different times pooping in her yard and running towards us as well as my grandkids. All they would have to do is get a sample from each dog and charge the renters whose dog goes on the lawn. We had in our subdivision in FL and works great everyone is more responsible."
