"I realize that flowers can be substituted, but we honestly received the ugliest bouquet of flowers ever that looked absolutely nothing like what we requested. The name of the bouqet was Cool Tones first of all. It wasn't for a Christmas occasion at all but a sympathy gift, yet they took it upon themselves to add Christmas decor/plants, and the vase had a snowflake and was also ugly. If it's gonna end up looking that drastically diff, they need to contact you first. This is what $93 got us--What we ordered vs what we got:"
