"There are so many issues with this location. The newest screw-up is that they took prime parking and made it a storage area for the equipment rental trailers. There is never an associate in the area you need and they don't even respond to the "help button" when pressed. They have completely gotten rid of checkout associats for self-check. The aisles never are fully stocked so things are always out of place and in great disarray. And prices are just obscene, paint has gone up 40% (thanks Sherwin Williams). I would rather drive to Gainesville to the Home Depot and it used to be the exact opposite. Lowe's was the better big bix store...no longer."
"Ordered vanity tops, they shipped to my house broken. I ordered them three more times to ship to the store, all three times the vanity tops were broken. Finally I ordered different vanity tops and they arrived intact. Annoying experience, but three stars because the customer service was great throughout the process, and it wasn't the stores fault, just had shipping."
"While it is your standard big box store, they do have much more available than my local hardware place. Prices are too high for larger items such as appliances, but for hardware it's comparable. Some, and I mean some of the employees are knowledgeable about parts, others could do with a bit more training. (As could I) Loving the self checkouts as well. So if you can find it yourself, or have made friends with someone who has been there a while, it's worth it. Otherwise shop small."
"Only one employee could help us in the entire store, on a very busy Saturday. Granted we found and asked about 4 employees where something was located and were told to go across the store back and forth multiple times, different isles. Finally we found one employee who actually knew the store and the parts we needed. We were finally helped. The store was clean and stocked but the employees should really be knowledgeable on where things are located and be better suited to help customers."
"Smaller Lowes in a good location. Staff was great and did not roll their eyes when I asked them to get me my products from the very top rack (requiring a lift). Garden center was well stocked 4/23. Parking lot was really crowded, yet the store was not. It was like everybody bought two cars. ."
