Hawthorne at the Carlyle

"Rude staff, with little to no usefulness, regular pipe bursts throughout the property. Then come to find out they have renters insurance that only covers their own property not yours. Roach infestation in the summer, appliances broken upon move in,dog park not regulated with dog feces everywhere, water marks on the ceilings, amenities were closed for half of the year for example a pipe burst in the gym and they claim the pool is open year round but it looks filthy,the property gate’s haven’t been fully functional since signing, And i have my suspicions with mold on the property due to massive water pipe burts every other day, they claim this is a 30 year property and these things happen but if its not up to code then why rent out to people? This place is a CATFISH don’t do it!"

"My company provided a bounce house for a fall event provided by the staff for the residents. Adrianna, Joanna, and the rest of the staff were magnificent to work with, and the event was a huge success. The grounds were immaculate and made for a picture-perfect presentation."

"The office staff here is amazing. They helped me get all of my paperwork together and ready to move in just a few days. They're so friendly and cheerful every time I walk into the office. The office is beautiful and always stocked with fun stuff! The pool area is also perfect. I put in some orders for maintenance one afternoon and they showed up within the hour. The guys were fast. There was a small leak under the kitchen sink and they cleaned all of the items I had under there that had gotten wet after they repaired the leak. It was such a surprise how clean they left everything! Although the buildings are old, they seem new and have been renovated. I love my unique bay windows in the bedroom that I've turned into my office. It's a cozy, very quiet place to live!"

"My experience at this community from the very first time I arrived has been excellent! I was greeted with a friendly smile and courteous service by Adriana, Joanna and Sarah. They took their time to understand my needs, and what I was looking for in a new place to live, and they exceeded my expectations. The amenities in the community are exceptional! The total vibe of the community felt right from the start. It is quiet and clean and all the residents I met were friendly. Since I have moved in everything that I expected the community to be, is that and more. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a new place to live to check out Hawthorne at the Carlyle and I do believe that your expectations will be met as well."
