"The apartment itself isnt bad. Problem is NOAH bought it (and many others) and have zero communication. They took away our website and didnt say where to go now. Office is closed. No one answers the phone."

"Worst apartment experience and I've lived in section 8 housing before. Property management company NOAH is awful. They buy the place but have absolutely no idea what they're doing. Daniel, the previous property manager, was actually great and responsive. This company gets rid of all the amenities (yes, there's no pool to use, no gym to use, no office to go to) and it's been this way for over a year at this point. The hammocks, ping pong table, and benches for the common area are beat up to the point of not being usable. They NEVER respond to any issues, maintenance requests, or have the portal ready or correct for you to pay on time. Then, even though it's their fault for not having the rent amount correct or in the portal on time, they try to charge you late fees. They have no care for their tenants, they don't answer the phones or respond promptly, they don't allow you to use the things you pay for on the property... living here would be the worst thing you could do for your mental health. I would recommend anyone considering this apartment to live anywhere but here. Living in your car is legit better than this complex. RUN FAR, RUN FAST."

"Went to view an apartment with the hopes of finding a nice place to live, After scheduling a viewing, the door was almost impossible to get open, the seals were all jacked up, immediately I was overwhelmed with weed smell (though the place was completely empty) and there were stink bugs everywhere. The architecture it self was absolutely lovely, which made it extra heartbreaking to see how poorly the place was maintained. Scuffs and paint sprays on the dark cabinets, and the lovely black mold (see pictures). I bet when this apartment complex was first built it was absolutely gorgeous. But now? Construction mayhem slum. Pay attention to the other reviews."

"Ever wanted to play giant outdoor chess? Or live in an adorably spacious studio near downtown Greenville? Terrain at Haywood is the perfect place! Moved here in July and I absolutely love the this place. The staff here are wonderfully responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Jen at the front desk has helped plan events for the tenants and even puts on fun decorating competitions for us. Any time I’ve had any questions or concerns she always gets back to me right away. The few times I’ve had maintenance issues I received a response within a days notice -and my neighbor Ricky also happens to be the maintenance man! So that was convenient."
