"I have been here almost two years. It's a safe neighborhood. Never had anyone mess with my car or my apartment. The rent is a good price and it's close to everything you need. Restaurants shopping highways. Management have always been good to me. The one person commented there are parties and drinking. I see no such thing. This place is constantly quite. I'm staying another year."

"I’ve lived at this residence for two years, under two different managers. The current manager is by far the worst manger I have ever had. The maintenance is mediocre. The guy with a full beard says he is in construction and is in charge. Well, I was out walking and they were outside partying and drinking, they asked if I wanted to join. First, the manager looks to be 15, he is rude, and looks to be from a homeless shelter. Also, who owns this property? They acted like this was acceptable. I’m moving out in two months. I’m posting under my moms name as I don’t want to be retaliated against. This same type of incident occurred around Christmas time as well. They were out partying until after 2 AM. I’m a nurse so I work late hours and came home to it."

"-10 stars. These people are nasty horrible human beings. A friend passed away in her apt here. Within an hour, before the ambulance was gone, as a family is grieving, the property manager is circling wanting to talk to the family about making arrangements to clear out the apt. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else"

"I recently had a friend who lived in here pass away, and the manager, Jessica, within 20 minutes drove up to her house (where the body was still inside) and ask my friends daughter if she wanted her name and number for arrangements on what to do with the apartment. Very insensitive and ignorant as there are grieving people who are trying to process this death. I also want to add in this happened on Christmas Eve. Meanwhile the management of this apartment complex is treating her apartment like a table at a restaurant that needs to be cleared for the next guest. Shame on you Edit: The family has now spoke with Jessica and she has basically told them they need to get the apartment cleared by Jan 1st. Absolutely disgraceful"

"Terrible. Dirty. Pest problem. Horrible maintenance (or lack thereof). Old buildings and will just slap a bandaid on whatever is wrong. Had water coming out of my ceiling fan in the master bedroom when it rained, causing a huge wet spot on my bed. I was told it was because the wind blew the rain up the shingles, then it ran down the beams, to the fan. Such a horrible excuse to not do anything. There should not be water mixing with electrical, for any reason whatsoever, especially like that. Was worried about an electrical fire everytime it rained and I had my fan on. Every apartment smells like curry and the scent will get into your furniture and clothes. Difficulty getting deposit back. Children running around evetywhere with no parental supervision. Do not recommend."
