"I have been trying to get my bracelet cleaned since November. The store told me the guy was sick and now they’re not cleaning until January 4th. I have not been able to wear my bracelet and really disappointed. I understand they are busy but holidays and special occasions are when people want to wear their jewelry the most."
"They are very unprofessional and don’t train their employees properly. He sent the associate to give me misinformation then the store manager told a flat out lie saying my bracelet was last chance and it was right in my face on the site. I called corporate they completed my claim no issues. I have done business with many Pandora locations in Atlanta but this location has horrible customer service. I do not recommend spending your money at this location."
"I had a great experience. It was busy but that's to be expected this time of year. All of the sales associates were friendly and professional while moving at a fast pace to assist customers. As they know many men come into the store only knowing they want to get their significant other something nice. They go out of their way to help as much as possible. I'm always pleased when i walk out of this store!"
"Strange. My description of my experience keeps being deleted somehow. This was a terrible shopping experience. After walking into the store and not being greeted I stood for another five minutes without being spoken to. I watched others walk in and be greeted and waited on. I guess I didn't fit their profile of a good customer. I just went to another store that sells the same products for the same prices and spent my money. Disappointing considering I've spent a lot in their store on past visits. I even reached out to their corporate office and they have ignored my request to be contacted. It's a shame that the culture of this store had fallen so sharply from what it once was. I will not return to this location for any reason since there are other outlets to get the products from."
