"Doctor Negrea is quite simply an honorable, high character, extremely intelligent Doctor and man. He truly cares. His staff, other than assistant Brittany is an absolute disaster. My wait times were over 3 hours to see him for 2 appointments in a row as well as, you cannot get anyone to answer the phone for days. Then if they finally do answer, they put you on hold and NEVER once in years ever come back to you on hold. Nearly impossible to get on-time simple prescription refills. Constantly getting refills AFTER I run out. This is while calling to get the ball rolling 10 days or more before they run out monthly. Just terrible service overall. Errors include orders sent out like MRI and I tried for nearly 2 months to get an MRI, but the orders placed were incorrect. They were incorrect and had to be cancelled 3 times before finally fixed.
