"During my annual visit for the first time with this office they offered me to do some freezing. After I left the doctor, I paid the balance at the check out and left. The freezing did not do a thing. Then after few months I received additional bill for the freezing. It came by surprise because the doctor faked to tell me about addition fee and also added it to my bill after I left! I paid was I was told to! When I called to discuss it with the office manger, they did not care about any details. Wouldn’t recommend this practice! No results and adding cost after client leaves!"

I’ve been welcomed and treated as if I had been a patient for years. They are efficient and professional but as I implied above I feel as if I have been one of their patients for years. I appreciate how they have discussed other treatment options I had never been made aware of before. I have have been treated for plaque psoriasis for 52 years. Mike Quinn"

"Dr. Mikell and staff are courteous, effective, and quick. Dr. Mikell is knowledgable and doesn't waste the patient's time with medicines, etc that costs money and are not effective. If you are on time for your appointment, he, the nurses, and his wonderful front desk staff make sure you are in and out of the office so that you can continue your day. Don't be late for your appointment, however, because he stays busy. Expect to spend half of your day waiting if you are not punctual."
