You should turn around and run. It is impossible to get an appointment within 30 days. As you can see in their reply, in order to get help directly, I have to call. When hearing is the issue. Strange that they took down their reply after I said that."

"Unprofessional service from him and his staff. He provide excuses for their constant lack of professionalism with his patients that cost myself out of pocket expenses because of their failure to cross the T's and dot the I's! As a veteran, he does not have the experience you need. He will refer you to everyone for what ever you need. Problem is you have to constantly correct their information with your insurance company because of improper filing of paperwork. Overall, poor service!"

"Had numerous issues with receiving exam since short staffing caused 2 1/2 wait outside in car to get a Covid test. This was followed up by a blood test that took 3 days. While my original review was a "1," the response since then has been a "5". Staff has called me multiple times, made sure I was booked into the proper follow up tests in a timely manner. Felt Beaufort Memorial truely cared about my well being and better yet, took the action needed to perscribe and expedite all necessary tests."

"Went to be seen about having back pain. The nurse and front desk were exceptional. When Dr. Wallace came in to see me, she came and sat down in the chair, had me standup and do 2 or three things and basically acted very non chalant about my pain. Her whole vibe was like yea yea another person trying to claim workers comp. I didn't feel like my pain was taken serious. She wrote me a prescription for some muscle relaxer and steroids'. Didn't give me an excuse for work or even ask if I needed one so I could rest. She told me more activity would be good for me. Well that doesn't make since because it does the total opposite. That was almost a month ago and my back feels the same. I didn't expect her to "heal" me but some interest in her job would be nice and compassion goes a long way. Then I emailed her about giving me an excuse for work so I could rest my back and she responds with " I'll refer you to PT. At this point I have to seek other help. This is one of the main reasons I don't like going to the doctor. It was a waste of time."

"I am overjoyed that I found Dr Stevens for my Primary Care Doctor. She is so Knowledgeable.....listens carefully to all questions / comments and without seeming to rush she answers all questions / concerns with complete caring answers. Dr Stevens has a Comforting / Calming way about her that makes you feel like you are her one and only patient even though we all know this is a BUSY BUSY office! In the past I have experienced Doctors that spend all their time typing and looking down at their computers which is a very 'clinical' experience. This is not what you get with Dr Stevens nor her Staff!!! Again....I'm overjoyed to have found Dr Stevens! Also, their new office building is Stunning!!"
