Applebee's Grill + Bar

"This is my first time at this location. We were informed that the wait time may be a little long because they were short staffed and I really appreciated that. There was really no problem with the wait time and all the servers had wonderful attitudes and smiles on their faces. My server was Nathaniel B who was also working the bar and let me tell you he went above and beyond helping me out as I left my glasses at home and had a hard time reading the menu. He even looked up the ingredients for a dessert due to what I wanted to buy for my son who has nut allergies. I will definitely return to this location"

"From beginning to end, it was a bad experience. We will not go back here. Waited for a very long time for service. I understand if it's busy, but we were like the 5th or 6th table to come in. Waited a long time to receive drinks and our salad. Asked if I wanted extra dressing. I said yes but it was never brought to me. I ordered the Bourbon chicken and shrimp which was supposed to have some kind of sauce. I got burnt grilled chicken with shriveled shrimp topped with onion skins and burnt mushrooms. The garlic makes potatoes were burnt to the hot plate. My husband got steak and it too was overcooked. They did comp my meal (which I didn't ask for). We were definitely NOT impressed!"

"I can't say anything about the food because we never saw any wait staff even acknowledge our presence at the table. I would expect a little wait time if they were busy, but two thirds of the restaurant was empty. There was nothing. We were seated for ten minutes, and no one came over and said they would be right with us. The final straw was that the server walked past us and proceeded to take the drink order of a table that had been just seated. I used to enjoy Applebee's, but this is the second time I have had this kind of experience at another location and appears to be a new business model at most restaurants. I am not willing to give my money to a business that does not teach proper customer service, especially since I always tip well."

"This place was horrible. My daughter , son in-law, grandbabies and I went there for dinner the other night and sat there for 2 hours. The food was either overcooked or undercooked."

"The waitress was great and I understand the lack of proper staffing and I always try to be patient.but the staff needs to let you know there is only one cook on duty before you order your food. Needles to say this didn't happen and it took much longer than expected. That can cause you to be late for other appointments. The food itself was not great either. Might have to think twice about returning to that location."
