"I ordered just a plain Oreo blizzard and they didn’t get it right. They drowned it in chocolate which tasted disgusting. I repeated myself twice. It wasn’t even busy. She just wasn’t paying attention. I’m tired of paying for overpriced orders that aren’t right."

"Came in drive thru around 9:20 and ordered a 6 piece with fries. The guy who handed me my food was very pleasant, but I had to ask for my sweet tea and as he was retrieving my sweet tea I had time to look in my box and wasn’t given any sauce. Came home and half way through eating my blizzard I have paper in my mouth! Looks like a straw wrapper. There was way too many staff in there to have these much mistakes."

"I ordered the Oreo blizzard cake and what I got is not the Oreo blizzard. The owner reassured me that it was a Oreo blizzard. Looking at the two pictures of the Oreo blizzard that they gave me and the Oreo blizzard that they carry are not the same. The owner said it’s only different on the top because of the writing on the cake. Y’all be the judge is it the same cake or am I trippin? The birthday girl was disappointed and so am I cause they (the young lady in the store and the owner over the phone) lied to me about a cake instead of giving me one out of the freezer and disregarded my value as a loyal customer. The young lady behind the counter didn’t even want to talk to me. They did not hear what I was saying at all. That is clearly two different cakes."

"Sunday March 6th at 7:42pm I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and this is what I received, a raw sandwich. After requesting to speak with a manager, she approached me with iPods in her ear wither listening to music or on a call. She did not apologize. She told me that she could issue a refund in which I said ok. The fact that she didn’t acknowledge the grave mishap or apologize says a lot of this leadership and location."
