"I recently had the pleasure of working with Paul of NPS, an exceptional appliance repair person who fixed our Samsung refrigerator's broken ice maker. Paul's efficiency, expert diagnosis, and superb communication skills made this entire experience a breeze. From the moment he arrived, Paul wasted no time in identifying the issue and assuring us that he would take care of it. His knowledge of Samsung appliances was impressive, instilling confidence in his ability to resolve the problem. What impressed me most was Paul's proactive approach. He promptly ordered the necessary part and provided constant updates on its status. When the part arrived, he scheduled a follow-up appointment and arrived right on time. Paul's professionalism, efficiency, and clear communication made this repair service the best I've ever had. I highly recommend Paul for any appliance repairs, especially for Samsung appliances."

"Not able to provide less than 1 star, but do not trust the company. In fact the managers at Brandsmart are well aware of this company and the service level provided to customers. You have been warned, if your warranty assigns them as the provider refuse service."

"I’m not even going to give these people any stars. They are the biggest, sorriest, piss poor excuse for a company. To start out they were supposed to come out and service my machine. They’ve been out twice and both times they “ordered” the wrong part. There customer service dept ( which is another big freaking joke) called to schedule them called the day before they were to be here to confirm the appt. then the morning of they called to cancel and reschedule. Really!!! This happened 4 times over the course of a month. These people are so flipping sorry that they don’t deserve any ratings other than POOR, SORRY ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! When the tech was here he was rude and very unprofessional."

"OMG… what a horrible company here in Greenville SC. For a company that is based on customer service…. They need to find a different occupation. They have zero (0) personal skills, they are rude and abrasive. Besides that, they could not fix the problem with a washer that ended up being a simply resetting of the control board that another company took care of in less than ½ hour. Minus two (2) Stars"

"Our Samsung refrigerator was delivered July 16th and from day one there was a problem. The right sided door would not stay open when removing or stocking food. Lowe's sent out their service techs who had no clue. Lowe's finally sent out a "certified Samsung technician" who did some adjustment to the stabilizers, but it did not fix the problem. Finally Samsung headquarters contacted me and I completed a service request form. Today a gentleman from Golden In-Home Services named Santiago arrived and he was the first person to use tools on the door itself. Not only did he correct the lopsided door, but he found and repaired another problem with the ice maker. A problem we weren't even aware of. And he gave me some tips that helped me with some questions; it makes me like the refrigerator even more. Santiago was first class from start to finish."
