"Great friendly greeting the employee seemed new and had trouble with my drink but he quickly got assistance and it came out perfect. The supervisor seemed to really care that he understood how to make the drink the right way."
"I had a craving for sugar so I ordered through door dash. I got a dozen assorted donuts with a frozen chocolate. I took a pic which shows the donuts in which most I gave away with 2 going to the driver. The large frozen chocolate wasn't even filled to the top.In this pic,I took 2 spoon fulls. I normally get the frozen hot chocolate but wasn't on door dashes menu. The donuts were stale and the frozen chocolate taste like a diet chocolate. I was disappointed because I'm on a fixed income and I got robbed. Congrats on robbing a disabled person."
"This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. If there was an option for no stars, I would choose that one. Don’t waste your money. They only fill your coffee up 1/2 to 3/4 of the way. And when you ask them why, their reply is “it will literally overflow”. It’s quite unbelievable. I wouldn’t trust these people to handle my food either. It’s very concerning they can’t do a simple task such as making a cup of coffee."
"Most of the time this DD is good. This morning I got a Large caramel iced latte less ice and this is what they handed me. I asked if they were gunna fill it up more than that. The lady said" with less ice that's how much coffee is in the large". Pretty sorry if you ask me."
