"During 2018 black Friday the mall was crazy! when I went into hollister I was expecting a hectic and frustrating experience but I was very surprised. There was a gracious and very helpful young man working named Nathan. He helped me for over 30 minutes finding my size and sorting through all the insanity. He needs to be recognized for his excellent customer service skills!!!!"
"Very misleading with their ads. Also very rude manager (Christy) who doesn't have any customer service experience. I was very surprise to see the way she responded to me when asked her a simple question about the sale. She told me take it or leave it, I don't care if you don't want it. I would like to suggest some training for her."
