"I have been coming to this store since they opened up and I have to say, I have witnessed the customer service level declined drastically, even though it hasn’t been open for that long. The drive through service is horrible in a sense of whoever on the other end do not want to be there and it does reflect on the service or doughnuts you ordered. I am a northeastern and DD is tradition for my and my family, but I am sensing that is not the case around here, and to be honest it doesn’t feel like it deserves my business to go back to. Those pictures you see, are from a order that i made which they thought it would be a smart idea to shove 8 doughnuts in a bag, and on top of each other to the point when I got home , the kids asked me which one is what. The glazed has the same amount of chocolate on it as the frosted ones, because they were just shoved together."
"Not sure why this location still has not opened the lobby for service. I was given the wrong items in drive thru only and decided to walk into the store instead forcing myself back in line. Store employee stated we are drive thru only in a poor manner. Drive thru employees have been telling us lobby was still not repaired. Truth is lobby was perfectly fine. So again why are we not able to use the lobby?"
"I ordered all sprinkle donuts for my son's class.. I guess my mistake was ordering on the app because that is not what his teacher got. I didn't find out until he came home with extra donuts in his back pack that were not sprinkled. I also had to ask for the extra donut I ordered because they couldn't read the actual order. The inside is also closed and while I understand being understaffed not everyone wants to go through the drive through that is near the edge of a very large hill."
