"Went Tuesday night 2/13/24 a black guy with dreads asked me if I was a call in I told him no. He then told me the other guy (Caucasian) would help me. He then told the guy I was up there waiting. That Caucasian guy and several others kept doing what they were doing. They never greeted and their energy was just RUDE. I just ended up leaving because they never even attempted to take my order. I had already tried the drive through when the Caucasian guy purposely walked away. That's what made me go inside. I will never try to patronize this business again. I went to the Zaxby's right next door and they were excellent."
"Ordered a pizza and it was straight up burnt. I called and spoke to a worker there(younger sounding guy) and was told tip return it and it would be remade. After returning the first pizza I got the second ne and it looks like toppings were only put on half the pizza and the pieces were barely sliced and looked like puzzle pieces. I called and spoke with the manager who basically argued with me and said he made it himself and it was fine but I could return it(again) and get a refund. The pizza is shoddy and the customer service is lacking severely. I won’t be going back and paying $15 for a pos pizza."
"They were running a pro.otion with the school and forgot to give me one pizza (luckily, i noticed before leaving). They also gave me an incorrect pizza, which I did not notice. It was likely because of how busy they were, and the pizza itself was good."
"I LOVE Marco's pizza! I usually order the Med Deluxe with some substitutions. But Thursday night I ordered something different from my usual, a "Build-your-own pizza." Something about it was just off, bland. I went back on Saturday to try and find out what happened. They didn't know but they gave me a new "Build-your-own" with the double cheese (like the Deluxe) and jalopeno peppers. Ah, life is good. Back to normal. Excellent pizza! Thanks, guys! You've restored my faith in the taste of Marco's Pizza! (I can't esplain what happened to the other pizza. Maybe it was the double cheese?)"
