Performance Initiatives is a gym and health institution located at 2653 Causton Bluff Road in Savannah, Georgia, United States. Since 2005, we have been dedicated to serving youth ages 7 through college, using Olympic Weightlifting to help them reach their full potential both on and off the platform. Our programs have produced champions and scholarship recipients, as well as improved school attendance and grades. We are passionate about educating and mentoring youth and adults mentally, physically, and spiritually through athletics and fitness.

Our gym is conveniently located off East President Street, near the Second Harvest Food Bank's Volunteer Center. We believe in making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone, offering small group classes and a supportive community. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, we have a fitness program that will help you reach your goals. Our classes include strength training, skill work, and challenging workouts designed to improve your overall fitness.
