The experience was far from what I had anticipated and did not align with the brand's reputation for quality and customer service."

"Awful stuff! Fitting rooms are always closed! When we asked how can we fit clothes they say “you can buy it and you have 45 days to return it”. Even when I was pregnant, I was fitting clothes in the center of store. All fitting rooms was free and just closed!"

"Calvin Klein is my favorite brand. Unfortunately I was deeply disappointed with the 9/17/2022 afternoon visit of this store. I kindly asked a sale representative right out side of the fitting room whether I can use the fitting room. He looked up and told me to wait a minute. He saw a customer at the counter and walked to the counter which is in the middle of the store to help him. Although I would consider he should help me first because I requested service before the other customer, he is right out side of the fitting room, and it takes one minute to open the door, I wait patiently anyway. It took him long time to finish the customer. I didn’t pay attention the whole time. when I did, the customer left. The representative was standing idle helping no one. Realizing he might forget me, I walked to the counter. At the mean time another customer arrived, so I didn’t ask but waited patiently for him to finish the second customer. Although he saw me waiting. He just standing at the counter doing nothing after he finished the second customer. I was a bit surprised. So I said kindly “excuse me, May I use the fitting room?” He said, “the store will be close in five minutes so You can’t use it”. I waited 20 minutes only to find out that I can’t use the fitting room. At the meantime, he didn’t even bother to approach me to tell me that I don’t need to wait any more. Another female representative came by which I explained I wasn’t asking now and I had waited 20 minutes already. She said the same thing. At this point, I know it’s not one sale representative or two sale representative here, it’s the culture of this store. This is my only negative google review so far. I just have to say that the service of this store make it “outstanding”. It’s a very unique experience and I hope the store manager provides proper training to its staff. If you visit other stores in the outlet mall, it’s not hard for you to feel the difference."
