"Terrible customer service at this location. I was in shopping for collared shirts as well as another person of color. We were not greeted nor did any of the 3 associates asked if we needed any assistance. As we each walked out separately, still not a word from either of the associates or clerks. Very poor customer service. No one was that busy!"
"I was at the store on 3/16/22 at 12 p.m. I do not recommend this branch of TH. I had a negative customer service experience. I forgot to take the tag off of T.H yellow raincoat when I walked in. I walked towards the fitting rooms after I found a shirt I liked until I was stopped by a manager (male). This man started questioning me about the jacket I had on and explained I just forgot to take the tag off and instead of jus accepting it he started interrogating me. I just ripped the tag off confidently to prove that I was 100% not afraid to claim the jacket I walked in with. The manager finally jus dropped the convo and let me go but when I walked passed him he seemed agitated. I didn’t buy anything from that store that day cause I couldn’t support that type of aggressive racism. As I was walking out he kicked an elderly old black women out the store cause she complained to him that no was helping her. I was disgusted by this store. It’s amazing the stuff ppl will do when they aren’t being recorded in 4k for them to act right on their job. My jacket was wet from the rain and it was so distinct there wasn’t anything like it at the store (in the mens or women section). They didn’t even sell rain coats at that store, so idk what could have made him so hard headed about the situation. Don’t worry, I won’t shop there or recommend anyone else shop there either. You earned this 1 star sir."
