"STAY AWAY - After staying in the same room for 3 weeks, paying 3 separate $150 deposits, and $25 per night for a cat (YES $25/Night), the hotel refuses to use a previous deposit to cover the new one, and because I can't cover the new deposit fees, I am having to leave without being refunded for a reservation that is booked for the next week!! My home was destroyed and I'm here out of necessity. Absolute insanity and the Manager, Kevin won't do anything about it. I've kept my room clean, required no room service, and again, I've been here for weeks!! STAY AWAY. I'll be filing with the BBB TODAY, as well."

"This hotel was booked as a quick unexpected stay. The location is prime! Very close to Haywood Mall and other shopping and dining areas. Easily accessible off the main road and minutes away from the highway. 15 minute drive from the airport. The hotel itself is in the middle of renovations, rooms are standard. I believe it's being converted from one hotel change to another. The room was ok, double standard bed with a kitchen and sitting area. The sheets had some faded stains and the bathroom had some set in mold. The front desk staff were friendly. For a quick trip, the price and location made up for what the facilities lacked."

"Worst hotel I've ever seen! From the moment we stepped into the lobby I should have know to just turn around once I saw the homeless people sitting outside the lobby. Sadly we continued with the check in process and when we went up into the room we instantly turned around. The room was disgusting, smelled like smoke and urine, the bathroom was horrific and you could just tell those beds were not clean. We headed right back downstairs, packed our bags back in the car and I told the person at the front desk I refuse to stay here in these conditions and that I did not feel safe. He refused to give me any kind of refund. A couple of days later the manager eventually gave us a refund for the days we didn't say and charged us for one night which I think is insane since we just turned around and were in the building for less than 15min. If you like hotels where you don't feel safe and you like sleeping in filth this is the place for you. The front desk worker didn't even seem surprised when we told him we were leaving. STAY FAR AWAY!"

"Absolutely awful accommodations, and the front staff was rude the room was dirty. You’d be better off sleeping on your car, heck you’d be better off sleeping in a dirty ditch. I don’t and never have smoked a cigarette in my life but they tried to keep my deposit saying I did. Stay away, stay far away"
