"Erica at the front desk refused to give me an appointment for my daughter stating we live to far away to be seen by this doctor. This is simply ridiculous. I also asked if could provide me a name of another pediatric ophthalmologist, and was no help with this either."
"Only giving 2 stars because the first time we came last year the staff and doctors were AMAZING but today we came back for her yearly checkup and I’m not sure what happened but everyone acts like they don’t have the patience for children and don’t want to be at work. My daughter did not want to get the eye drops and was scared bc they burn her eyes so she needed a pep talk and wanted her uncle here while she got them (who was 5 minutes up the road) so I asked if they can give us 5 minutes and let him get here. The doctor instead tells us they’re closing soon (at 3:30 when online says you close at 5?) and she would rather send us home with the drops. Maybe find a new profession if you don’t have the patience to deal with children. Edit: after we seen the real doctor she was amazing and seems like she actually knows what she’s doing"
"Awful experience. They strongly appeared to be overbooked and made our one-year-old wait while screaming, with eyes dilated, for hours. And this was for a 9am appointment, so it should not have been behind schedule. If you have young children, think incredibly carefully about whether you want to go through what I just described and find somebody who schedules more realistically and honors their appointment times."
