"This place horrible . The People at the the front desk have 0 customer service . I called to make simple appointment and they have so much attitude, I mean what is going on in your life everyday to have attitude. I thought it was me just over thinking it but it's several of them ladies just blatantly rude . They also gave me wrong appointment time and sometimes doctors. It's crazy how these people work in the medical field and just don't care . If I did not have to come here , trust me I would be happiest man out there . 0 out 10."

"I've been a long time patient of Georgia Eye Institute/Dr. Piros. I have had scheduling, rescheduling and wrong scheduling issues with this office recently. Unfortunately, the staff was less than accommodating, arrogant, rude, take it or leave it attitude. Time to take it to another eye care practice."

"After spending over 500.00 with insurance for glasses, we were never told insurance voids the glasses warranty. 2 months later, hubby’s glasses broke. Basically we were told we were SOL. How can some type of warranty or exchange not be offered? A disorganized front office and no customer service means we won’t be back. What a waste of money."

"We Loved Dr. Overstreet at one point and as established patients I would’ve expected better from his staff. My son had an emergency situation last week we took him to his pediatrician and she suggested he needed to see a specialist. She attempted to call, came back to the room frustrated at the rudeness, lack of compassion and how extremely unorganized they were. They couldn’t see my 12yr old for 2-3 days and he has been going there for years. Nonetheless, another office saw him the same day! This place has gone down hill and needs a revamp immediately!!! My family will not be coming back as we found a new home for all our eye care needs!! Stay AWAY!!!"
