"All staff very professional and friendly, especially front desk. Dr. Wilson is great!! Lab staff needs some work..when I signed in, there were 4 patients waiting and 5 lab staff working. 30 min. later, one patient had been taken. I left @ after 35 min.wait and more patients checking in. We had a similar issue in the med.practice I worked in for 30+ years. I assigned a lab tech to direct traffic and that worked great."
