"Two years ago I would have said what a great service! Dr G is friendly enough, she’s a real sweetheart with a great personality BUT as a provider, she lacks in the care department. My husband was a patient and every time he reached out she wouldn’t see him because she was gone out of town or told him he needed to go to the ER or urgent care - even though it was normal business hours. For myself, regular visits for medication refills were fine as she would see me every three to six months but the minute I called to say my entire house has THE FLU as confirmed by their providers and I had to take care of them and now I feel bad she refused to bring me in to be evaluated until I did a home Covid test and texted her pictures. What a joke! A patient calling a provider to tell them she’s asthmatic, exposed to flu and even though there was no fever just a little headache and tiredness and wanted to possibly get some tamiflu while within time for it to do good- she refused being too scared to see a patient with symptoms that may mimic several viral infections. She sure didn’t refuse the revolving payment she took from my bank three days later! Sorry, I need a doctor that understands she will have to actually treat patients that are ill- not fake nice them into thinking they are cared for. And, she didn’t even both to contact me regarding my concerns but let her poor nurse handle it for her after I complained."

I’ll admit I was concerned with staying on as a patient when her office transitioned to DPC, however I’m so thankful she took that step. By taking that step she has given me more control of the care I receive. This also placed her ahead of other physicians In the Pooler area. Insurance restricts a lot of patients time and needs, but her bold move to DPC changed the way I get care. No matter my issue she is readily available.
