"I am a patient with all new allergies. My 1st reactions that led me to the e.r. were September 16, 2023. I researched allergists. I found Dr Kharod an hour away from me because she was described as an immunologist/ allergist. I am a Type 1 diabetic so I figured she would be the best fit for my health issues. I was longing for answers and I needed tests done to have peace of mind. I got a blood test done first. I then got an environmental skin test done and finally a food allergy skin test done. Each test was 400 plus and each walk in visit was 275. I'm a self pay patient so it was very expensive but I had to be seen! The part I'm most upset about is the fact I found out I am allergic to soy of all things! Soy is in everything i am still learning! And on my own! I was given no guidance, no advice, no assistance at all about this new found allergy among 20 others! What really freaks me out is the fact that no epi pen auto injector was prescribed and when i called for advice and guidance i was told to eat the food to see if i am gonna have a reaction. With no epipen on board! I am upset. I'm learning about this soy allergy in a group on Facebook! Sad to know my doctor took my money but offered no helpful advice....not even a prescription for an epi pen! Lee Ann"

"We had a great experience today bringing our 1 y/o in for an evaluation. The phlebotomist, Gabby, had to draw blood and got him in one stick. The admin and clinical staff exceeded our expectations and made our son feel comfortable. Dr. Kharod was knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and provided additional recommendations to concerns not directly related to today’s visit."
