The doctor was thorough and actually talked to me about what she was doing, unlike others I’ve seen elsewhere. The whole experience was very quick and professional overall."
"My husband and I were visiting from MD. The front desk staff was very supportive and efficient. I felt terrible and she brought the paperwork to me to complete. The triage nurse was fun and helpful despite my discomfort. The Dr was young, handsome, and professional. My entire experience was wonderful!!!"
"The medical assistant Brittany was beyond excellent. My employer didn't have the proper work sent to my cell phone. Therefore, Brittany assisted me and my employer. I was in a rush, and she got me check-in and out within seconds. I thank her so much for her patience and hospitality. "Took my 78yr old mother with dementia there, and it was phenomenal from start to finish. Front desk was very kind as I called several times before appt with questions. Then Kat and Dee Dee were compassionate to my very scared and in pain mother and her broken finger. They were so attentive and compassionate. I’m a nurse myself and if I was an employee there I would love working alongside these ladies!! Tatiana was the PA that came into to look at moms finger and immediately made my mom feel at ease she spoke clearly in a way that mom could understand and made her feel less worried about next steps. She did not miss a beat X-rays were ordered and done very quickly and info provided. Bedside manner is exceptional. Facility was clean , bright, and cheery and minimal wait time. This is definitly my go to urgent care and will drive miles to go out of my way to see these girls again. Overall a 10 out of 10! Thanks ladies your all a blessing!"
"I am amazed at the professional and very personable attitude of each person I spoke wirh. This is an amazing place to go to when you need medical help. Other medical places should take note because this staff has set the bar for patient care where it should be. I rarely give 5 stars for anything, because we always have room to improve, but it this case, especially when you don't feel great I would have added a star"
