"My son had surgery on a Thursday and was told by doctor to see physical therapist by Monday which was scheduled in advance before surgery at this therapy office in Richmond Hill. They called Monday morning at 8am and cancelled our 10am appt and rescheduled for Wednesday at 1pm. They then called Wednesday at 10am and cancelled this appt at 1pm also. I normally go to Pooler location with my other son and they are great no problems. I have rescheduled at the Pooler location for Friday. I advised caller from Richmond Hill office we are now 3 days late with PT and son needs checked for infection. All she had to say was therapist needs to leave early. Wow! Do yourself a favor and don't try to save gas and time by going local. Pooler will be worth the drive."
