"PA Elizabeth, the female MA, and the young lady at the front desk were all highly professional and respectful. They took the time to explain everything to both myself, as the patient, and my husband as well. More importantly and impressive was the follow up call I received to see how I was feeling on the antibiotics. I have NEVER had an urgent care, nor a doctor's office that I was established with, follow up the way ExperCare did. Also, while I was visiting NY for the holidays, 5 days into the antibiotics I developed thrush, they called in medicine the same day and I received another follow up call. Truly amazed!! My family and I plan on using them for any further care. Thank you again for excellent care! (This is coming from a critical care RN with 10 years experience)"

But the receptionist made me feel at ease right away. My nurse was friendly and funny, and my provider was soothing and nice with an awesome bedside manner, and it felt very at ease."

"Staff was very personable and I felt comfortable. Its a very clean location. I saw NP Elizabeth. Her listening to my situation was awesome. This would be my first choice again if ever i needed Urgent care again. I previously went to a place nearer my home but did not appreciate the care at all. This Pooler, I highly recommend. (Side note) I did wait a bit but the care overshadowed the time."

"Everyone at this particular office is absolutely AMAZING!! When you walk in, you’re greeted by big smiles and very caring staff who sympathizes with your concerns. MAs also have amazing bedside manners and unlike many regular physicians’ offices they take their time to listen in order for your reason for visiting to be delivered to the provider properly. I had back to back Covid followed by walking pneumonia, and while my PCM’s office refused to see me since I was SICK, I had no choice but to choose the urgent care. They literally went above and beyond to make sure I had all the proper medications to get through all 3 of them, and I sure did! Not sure about other offices, but this particular location is seriously highly recommended!!!"

"Went to this urgent care for an infected toe. The staff was very friendly. The doctor is here is caring, knowledgeable, and has a terrific bedside manner. I was seen in a timely manner and the medication was sent to the local pharmacy. I began treatment right away."
