"While I am sure the doctors here are fantastic, I will never know. After calling to verify an appointment with Dr. Lake, the receptionist at the centralized call center in Savannah cancelled my appointment without my consent because I had been COVID positive two weeks before my visit. Even though I did not have COVID, I was rudely told to go to the ER like everyone else -- whatever that means. This in turn put me to the back of the line for a primary care relationship with Dr. Lake. Zero efforts were made to correct this mistake. In a moment of critical need, I saw the PA and asked once again to establish a relationship with Dr. Lake. The PA was very supportive, but the office staff denied my request. Customer service -- FAIL. I am now enjoying the courtesy and professionalism with my new provider in Savannah."

"I used to like this practice, only because Dr. Harold was awesome, despite the generic, large hospital system care you normally find. However, Dr. Harold left and I got stuck with a nurse practitioner that could care less, and is clearly only there for a paycheck. Moreover, if you try to call to make an appointment, be warned that they don't answer their phone, and if by chance they do, expect to be on hold for at least 30.minutes. I had the "nerve" to request a different practitioner, and was told that I wasn't "allowed" to. Um, I didn't choose this horrible woman, nor should I be forced to see her."
