"The wait time was long and the front desk administrator was giving someone a lot of attitude on the phone, but the PCP that saw me was really nice, informative and seemed genuinely concerned. I don’t remember his name, but he was a Caucasian male. I have also seen the female doctor too on another occasion and I liked her a lot."

I understand the wait time, especially if there was only one provider seeing all the patients. The PA, Jonathan, and the MA were very friendly and very thorough with me.
