"I have been going to this Torrid for years and loved all the employees. Tonight, I was in line to pick up my order and was straight ignored over older appearing customers. I wanted to buy other items while there but it took me 15 minutes to get acknowledge in line while others behind me were checked out and if I tried to interject they would just ignore. During check out the cashier talked to other customers refusing to talk to me directly. I finally was able to ask my question about the other part of my order only to not get a direct answer but she sure had a conversation with the lady being checked out beside me."

"One thing I LOVE about Torrid is the fan in the dressing room! The rooms in Augusta are a bit dusty, but overall very clean and the decor is cute for a dressing room. But let me get to the good part. I am sitting in the dressing room right now waiting on not one, but TWO of the most knowledgeable salesladies ever! Taylor is helping me with my bra and Ashley is being so very patient helping me with my jeans. They are literally shopping for me and bringing the items to the dressing room for me. And they are doing it so nicely and so professionally, I wish I could leave a tip."
