"Having a postpartum doula was the best decision we made as a family when welcoming a new baby. Megan provided emotional and physical support with a wealth of knowledge on how to become successful as new parents. She instilled confidence in us, while teaching useful skills to manage the new baby world. We are forever grateful to Megan and her staff!"

"My experience with Doula At Hart was an amazing experience. Their team goes above and beyond to make you feel seen, heard, loved, and served well. Rhianna created a healthy nutritious meal plan for me that was easy to prep in advance. She was always available for me to reach out to her if I had any questions about my plan or needed to make any changes. Megan reached out to me early in my pregnancy to meet with me. She listened to me when I needed someone to listen and provided encouragement when I needed it. She is very knowledgeable. She helped me understand each stage of my pregnancy and the changes that my body was experiencing while also educating me on birth and what life after having our baby girl would look like. I looked forward to every Wednesday because I knew Megan was coming to our house. I looked forward to our life giving conversations and a clean house because trying to clean + take care of your new baby can be very hard the first few weeks. She is very supportive and resourceful. I could not recommend her and her team enough."

"Megan is not only knowledgeable and caring but helped me understand important milestones like nutrition and introducing finger foods/baby foods to my little! She has been available to me in times of need or when I simply wanted to share a joyful experience! She also gave me life saving tips and tools to use directly after labor… which was my greatest time of need! She was available and helpful to me when I had a postpartum infection during the pandemic. My regular midwives were hesitant to see me and she was there for me! While she specializes in postpartum, she was also extremely helpful throughout my pregnancy. She offered support and resources in case I had a need! Please reach out to her if you are expecting and looking for help! She will be a lifesaver!!!"
