"The massage itself was very nice. She did a great job and was very kind. However, I can't give it more than three stars on account that it is not at all handicap accessible. When I scheduled my appointment, I was assured that it was accessible to me. I use a rollator or wheelchair depending on the day. The building has a 4+ inch step up to get inside, and everything is narrow and hard to navigate with a mobility aid. I wish she had been more transparent about that."
