"As someone who is very familiar with RTR, the owner, the owners and more, I warn potential employees and stakeholders about the unhealthy environment fostered by their disgusting leadership. The president and his son have been consistently insensitive, unrealistic in expectations, and have demonstrated behaviors that arent only mean but also downright insulting. The work atmosphere has instances of public humiliation, and the leadership has displayed abusive conduct towards supervisors and others employees, including making individuals cry and ignoring requests for support. This disregard for decency is exemplified by the provision of minimum wages and maximum expectations. They are known to engage in abusive behavior towards both long term and newer young employees, subjecting them to mistreatment until they are either forced to leave or terminated. The discrepancies between the treatment of staff and the company's substantial financial resources are glaring, evident in lavish personal indulgences. It’s disheartening that the company shows an unwillingness to prioritize the well-being of its employees, symbolized by the stark contrast between the alleged financial limitations and the personal expenditures of the company. For example, they claim to have no money, yet they recently built a batting cage in the office, which points to a significant disparity in the allocation of resources. Lets not fail to mention the season baseball tickets that he takes clients to and even throws parties at the stadium. To exacerbate this issue, The company is known to dismiss the highest paid employees in a bid to save money, regardless of their loyalty and value to the company. This callous approach to personnel management signifies a complete disregard for dedication and competence, emphasizing the profit-driven mindset that overlooks the invaluable contributions of longstanding, committed staff members. A particular incident that stands out is the use of inappropriate and offensive language by by the owner towards many colleagues, demonstrating a lack of professionalism and respect. Abusive, to say the least. This unchecked behavior, along with the overall toxic work environment created by the owner and his son is inexcusable. As someone who has witnessed the mistreatment and the distress caused to colleagues, I am compelled to caution others about the true nature of this company under the leadership of RTR owners. The disregard for employee mental welfare, lack of ethical leadership, and the distressing treatment of individuals are SERIOUS causes for concern. It is my hope that this review serves as a cautionary message to any potential employees or clients of RTR. Don't bother working for them or with them. It is imperative for individuals to make informed decisions before engaging with this company under the leadership of the owners. Getting a job at this company or working with this company is a disaster waiting to happen from any angle. The owner of the company and his son are truly some of the most cold individuals I've ever met in my life. Trust me when I tell you and take my advice. Steer clear. Run fast. If they call you don't answer the phone. If they hire you, quit before you show up on your first day. Working for this company is basically asking to be treated unfairly. cruel at times. Don't do it. Turn around and run. The owner of this company and his son have no loyalty and don't care about the lives of anyone around them. They will watch you hurt simply to make themselves richer. They have no problem buying batting cages and season baseball tickets but then turn around and start firing people under the pretense of because they say they need to "save money." Good luck, everyone. Stay far away from these people. They are cold. Conniving liars. A bunch of scared old men who hide behind emails and phones while abusing people who need a paycheck and if you don't quit, eventually they'll fire you. It's not worth your time, your energy, or your sanity."

"Worst managed company I've ever worked for- and I'm 60 yrs old. The lack of professionalism is incomprehensible. I don't believe anyone in management has ever taken a management course nor an HR class. The owner is involved in every department and thinks he knows more than anyone else about how to run a particular department. It was a nightmare. They tend to hire younger people who don't know any better."

"It's a fake company, they called me and tried to collect some personal information over the phone, then I asked the caller to redirect me to his supervisor to verify their identity, but he hung up. Then I knew they were scammers"

"This company called me and refused to tell me what they were calling about unless I provided them with my phone number and address...how the hell do you not know my phone number if you just called me?? This is clearly a scam, phishing for personal information to steal your identity or place fraudulent items on your credit report. DO NOT give these people any information about yourself."
