"My item was originally ticketed 19.99 and was on the clearance rack of 70% off. You know it rung up for $15 which isn't even 50% off the original ticket price. The lady tells me, "it's discounted from the warehouse price not the ticket price and they don't know the warehouse price". This is a complete bogus RIP OFF! It's supposed to be discounted from the TICKET PRICE NOT what Citi Trends paid the VENDOR for the item but what they are retail selling it for. So my item should've been under $10 and again instead, they rung it up and wrote $15 on the ticket. I'll be complaining to corporate and seeing if a lawyer can get involved. This is a mass company rip off and I know I'm not the only one who's realized they are being cheated out of money."

"I am always hesitant about going into any Citi Trends store, because it’s always a mess. I don’t know who the manager is at the Augusta West Pkwy location, but hats off to her. That store looks amazing. It was extremely clean and organized. I will definitely be back to shop!"

"This message is for the manager at this location that was working at 2:30 p.m. I am an entrepreneur and when I walked into the establishment I introduced myself and she said we don't want nobody coming in here selling stuff that's fake and all she had to say was no thank you no soliciting however she decided to be loud and announce that my products were fake however my prices are real when I came in there I was only looking to do what she said and before I could turn around and walk away she wanted to humiliate embarrass me in front of everyone when I looked at her I saw makeup so much makeup that we don't even know what her real complexion is moreover I looked at her eyelashes and she didn't even have her own eyelashes she had on some fake eyelashes then she had on some red or purple or pink lipstick and the only thing I can think of in the back of my mind is there's nothing real on her so how could she attack me if she thinks everything I have is fate and everything on her is fake this review is for the manager the dark skin young lady with the white eyes with the off-brand makeup the fake eyelashes and the pink lipstick she knows who she is I have a 4-year degree I've been in sales for 20 years I've general managed three two point million operations I have no boss now I work for myself and everything is take home continue working your hourly I'll just continue to be successful every day while you make the same thing every 2 weeks"

"This place is amazing. I went to the one on Tobacco first it was terrible everything out of order store is a mess. When I walked in this store o was shocked it’s like a completely different store everything is so neat and organized and they had waaaay more items here. I love it I can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend!!!!!"
