"Only reason it got 1 star was due to the "Customer Service Representative" that I finally got to answer the phone. I placed an order for boots that were stated on their website as "In-stock". Waited 2 weeks and hadn't heard a word from this company. I called customer service and couldn't get anyone to pick up so I left a voice mail with my cell, email and order number requesting information on the status of my order. Another couple days went by with no answer, so I decided to write an email. I let a couple more days go by, no answer. So I decided to give them another call. I was number 17 in line. Come to find out, a "note" was left in the order stating that this product, *Merrell Boots* come directly from the manufacturer, so they don't actually have them in stock, so they lie about that on their website, and the boots wouldn't be available until December. I would of never known if I didn't take the initiative and continued attempts in contacting this company."
