"If you want to require a tip you should inform your customer that a gratuity percentage is required. Some people come on a budget and don’t always have extra to give. Don’t wait til the end and try to force it you can loose great customers. A tip is a sum of money given to someone as a reward for their services. In America, tipping is optional in name only. It does not mean your services were not good it can mean many things. If I bring a friend and pay for two massages you should be greatful. Dont change your emaculate customer service and start being rude that means your kindness was not genuine before. If you think you need to raise your prices to get more money do that so you can always get what you need and a tip will be just extra. Ima hairstylist and the prices I charge is just enough for the service just encase the person does not or can not tip. Great massages though really enjoyed the service…"
