When she talked about other clients with the same diagnosis and asked me about the pressure, I knew it was in the right hands. No doubt the best massage I have ever had. "Wife and I went in for a massage last week. We regularly get massages. Masseuse was new. Never asked about pressure, didn’t try to find tension points, spend 75% of time on feet and lower legs. Manager did give us a 10% discount. BUT we didn’t really care about the price. 3 days later and my wife’s back hurts from the massage and I’m still tense. I will chalk it up to a new masseuse but it’s still supposed to be a high end spa and I shouldn’t be training ground for a Newby. That’s kind of the point of massage envy, Etc. won’t be back. $370 for 2 massages post discount that I could have gotten a better massage on Soothe for $225. Also the relaxation lounge was over loaded. Had to sit in the equivalent of an office chair before and after the massage."
